Convergence Solutions, LLC was created in 2019, as a result of Oneka (Jefferson) Cornelius' desire to engage with her clients holistically by offering services that embraced multi-dimensional solutions in the areas of Talent, Change, Learning, Org Design and Development as well as Culture, Engagement and DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging) strategy.

Understanding that these are interdependent capabilities that HR and Business Leaders need, Convergence was born, which gave Oneka the opportunity to serve closely with clients in these areas.
