Convergence Solutions, LLC has worked with USC, working with senior executives in the HR, Talent and OD function through leadership coaching, technical skills and learning strategy development in support of their HR Transformation - and we’re happy to be their partner throughout their journey. The Center for Women & Enterprise sought out Convergence Solutions to support their goals of designing learning programs for new and emerging women business owners that embraces and recognizes the diverse cultural needs of business leaders and the communities they serve.
As a result, Convergence Solutions assessed current learning programs and provided summary tools, recommendations and resources to build inclusive, engaging and relevant programming for new and emerging business leaders.
Convergence Solutions has partnered with Chick-fil-A over the years, on projects such as: Designing the New Staff Onboarding Experience, Resigning the Talent Development function, Development of their Enterprise Change Strategy, Tools and Frameworks to our most recent effort, Designing Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging learning strategy and more.
Most recently, our support has included the creation of a Diversity focused Degreed Platform with over 300 assets, a newly designed Learning Circle Facilitator and Coach training program to support experiential team learning, and much more!
Convergence Solutions partnered with the Department of Defense Office of the Under Secretary [Policy] to begin addressing its Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging approach for internal staff.
As a result of the Stakeholder Assessment and Strategy refinement, the Office of Policy is now embarking on a refined focus on its Diversity Council, Executive Leadership Coaching and Group Experience programming with our help.
